ABOUT THE HOTEL
We’ve come a long road
Step back in time at the High Noon Hotel, originally built in 1948 in the heart of Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood, where it first stood as a buzzing furniture factory. Today, this lovingly transformed landmark houses ten loft-style residences with soaring ceilings, industrial finishes, and private rooftop decks—each offering panoramic views of the cityscape and distant mountain peaks. Perfectly situated at the crossroads of Downtown and Curtis Park, these multi-level living spaces pay homage to their industrious past while providing all the modern comforts for a seamless live-work experience in one of Denver’s most vibrant districts.
WE’RE COLORADO TO THE CORE
A message from the owner
Howdy Neighbor,
A warm welcome to the High Noon Hotel. As a fifth-generation Colorado native, I’ve been lucky to set down my roots in Denver’s oldest neighborhood – Curtis Park. And now, I can’t wait to share my neighborhood with you.
Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, I can guarantee you’ve picked the perfect location to live like a local. From the restaurants, bars, and art walks on Larimer Street, to the unforgettable music scene at Red Rocks, you are centrally located to experience Denver in all its glory. There are also nearby expo centers and offices for easy commutes.
And finally, I’ve personally furnished and designed each unit for the most comfortable and memorable stay around. So pick the suite that speaks to you, and maybe I’ll see you at the local watering hole.
Sincerely,
Dillon Roy
